
How it Works

My process is simple...

Contact me through my website on the “Contact Me” tab OR email me directly at anna@stargazer-resumes.com

Determine whether you need a complete resume created or a resume refresh on an existing resume.

No resume, no problem! Please complete my short client intake form. (I promise it won’t take long to complete; however, this info is crucial in helping me compile information for your resume.)

Do you have an existing resume? Awesome, send it to me! If needed, I may have you complete my short client objectives form. (Don't worry—that won't take long!)

Once you’ve submitted your documents, I will contact you with any questions about your completed forms.

All communications are conducted through email only. However, if you would like to have a 15-minute phone consultation, please send a request, as I will need to schedule a specific block of time. All phone and email consultations are free of charge.

If you decide to proceed with using Stargazer Resumes services, you must complete the Stargazer Resumes Client Agreement Packet via Adobe Sign.

Once the Client Service Agreement is signed and the $50 writing deposit is paid, work can begin!

Based on the information you provide, I will personalize a resume draft for you within three business days. You will receive the documents in “protected PDF format” so they can be reviewed but not downloaded.

You will have the opportunity to review the draft and request any changes within 24 hours of receiving the PDF electronic draft. Two rounds of revisions are included for all resume levels. If I do not hear from clients after sending the original PDF draft, all materials will be deemed final on the third day.

After you approve the draft, I will finalize your documents and send an invoice. The total processing time from start to finish is 5-7 business days. All customized final materials will be provided in PDF and Word doc formats.

All final documents are scanned to optimize your chances of pushing through ATS algorithms. (Applicant Tracking Systems).

I do offer RUSH projects for an additional fee: $ 100 for same-day service, $75 for a two-day service, or $50 for three-day delivery.

I accept payments via PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle. Final payments are due upon receipt at Phase 2 Client Approval.
