Payment Terms, Refunds & Cancellations

Thank you for working with Stargazer Resumes! Please read this policy carefully. While 100% client satisfaction is my number one goal, I understand that not everyone will be completely satisfied; therefore, I have specific terms for refunds & cancellations. Please note that there are no obligations for refunds once Clients have approved drafts and receive a downloadable document unless otherwise specified below.

Payment Terms

  • A $50 writing deposit is due before the project starts 

  • A final service invoice will be emailed to the Clients' email provided at intake. (Please ensure you add my email to your contacts to avoid being in the spam filter.) 

  • Invoices are only sent after the Client approves all documents at Project Phase 2 for finalization but before FINAL documents are sent from Stargazer Resumes.

  • Final payment is considered Due Upon Receipt at Project Phase 2 (Client draft approval phase)

  • Clients will receive draft versions of their materials in PDF-protected format before any finalization of any documents

  • No materials will be produced without Client approval first

  • I offer RUSH projects for an additional fee: $ 100 for same-day service, $75 for a two-day service, or $50 for three-day delivery 

  • I accept payments via PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle

 

Refund of Digital Products

I will issue refunds for digital products within five days of the original purchase of the product for the following reasons only:

  • If the Client experiences any issues receiving or downloading my products

  • If the Client did not approve the revisions of documents during the time of draft revisions

  • If Stargazer Resumes failed to adequately provide the Client with final products by midnight on the project end date

 

 

Cancellations

If you decide not to move forward with my services for any reason, you must notify Stargazer Resumes in writing within 24 hours. Please note that cancellations MUST be made before any documents are provided to you. If no notice is given before this term, a $50 cancellation fee will be assessed.

 

Note to Client:

Stargazer Resumes reserves the right to cancel any service request if I feel the potential Client is in breach of any Stargazer Resumes Privacy Policy, Payment Terms, or Terms of Service.
