Job Search Responsibility

The Client agrees that while Stargazer Resumes provides the best available tools, ideas, advice, and professional data, I cannot be responsible for fluctuating market conditions, job posting changes, or a client's assertiveness, attitude, and willingness to implement their job action plan. Ultimately, their success is exclusively their responsibility.

Notice to Client:

While Stargazer Resumes intends to assist all clients in their job search, I cannot guarantee employment offers. After the initial contact with Stargazer Resumes, should you decide not to purchase any of my services, you may cancel this agreement by notifying me in writing within 24hrs. If no notice is given before the term, a $50 cancellation fee will be assessed. Please note: NO VERBAL OR WRITTEN PROMISE OR GUARANTEE OF ANY JOB OR EMPLOYMENT IS MADE OR IMPLIED UNDER THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. Stargazer Resumes operates under Arizona state law.

Revisions: My policy is that all revisions must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of receiving your draft resume. If contact is not made within three days, an order automatically becomes finalized.

Unenforceability. If any provision or provisions of this agreement are held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired thereby.

Confidentiality. The Client agrees not to disclose to any third party the terms of this agreement and any other information provided by Stargazer Resumes or designated as confidential ("Confidential Information") and also agrees not to use any Confidential Information of Stargazer Resumes., or any other information, whether it is marked confidential or not, as expressly permitted under this agreement or except with the prior written consent of Stargazer Resumes. The Client agrees to exercise the highest degree of care in safeguarding any information or any of the Confidential Information of the other party against loss or additional inadvertent disclosure.

Limitation of Liabilities. In no event will Stargazer Resumes be liable to the client or any third party for incidental, indirect, exemplary, special, or consequential damages, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, arising out of or otherwise relating to the services or the use or performance of the service, even if Stargazer Resumes, has been advised of the possibility or likelihood of such damages? Without limiting the foregoing, in no event shall the liability of Stargazer Resumes to the client for any claim whatsoever related to the service or the services or any order or this agreement, including without limitation, any cause of actions sounding in contract, tort or strict liability, exceed the purchase price received by Stargazer Resumes.
